When you book a Private Party at Kidz Fun Centre, the entire facility will be closed to other guests during your event. To ensure that everyone has the best possible experience, please review the following rules and guidelines. We look forward to hosting your private event at Kidz Fun Centre and making it an unforgettable experience for you and your guests! If you have any questions or need additional information, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Make every moment special with Private Events!

1. Booking & Reservations:​

  1. The deposit is non-refundable.

  2. Final payment is due on the day of the event.

  3. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your party’s start time for check-in and set-up.

  4. All party bookings require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation.

 

2. Exclusive Access:

  1. The facility will be completely closed to the public during your private event. This means that your party will have exclusive use of all the play zones and facilities for the duration of the party.

3. Guest Count:

  1. The maximum number of children and adults for your private event is specified in your chosen package.

  2. Additional guests may be added for an extra fee however, please note that our capacity limit is 150 guests(75 kids and 75 adults). Please confirm your final guest count 7 days prior to the event.

4. Time Slot:

  1. Your private event is reserved for 3 hours, with 2.5 hours in the party room and the remaining time for play. Please be mindful of the time to ensure a smooth transition between parties.

  2. Additional time in the venue is not available once the event time is completed.

5. Food & Drink:

  1. Party Pizza (320 slices), 75Juice boxes, bottled water and coffee

  2. No outside food or drink is allowed, except for birthday cakes. Please contact us in advance if you have any special dietary requests.

  3. Our food packages are designed to meet the needs of your party, but upgrades or customizations are available at an additional cost.

 

6. Allergy Awareness:

  1. Please note that we are a nut-aware facility. While we make every effort to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee a completely nut-free environment.

  2. If any guests have allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us at least 7 days prior to the event so we can take extra precautions.

7. Party Decor:

  1. You’re welcome to bring your own decorations for the party room. However, please no confetti, glitter, or piñatas.

  2. We offer a range of themed decorations and balloon packages at an additional cost, which can be arranged when booking.

8. Add-Ons:

  1. Add-on services such as face painting, arcade game upgrades, and themed loot bags are available for an extra cost.

  2. Face painting requires 1 month’s notice, and availability is subject to scheduling.

  3. Party upgrades are contingent upon room availability. All upgrade requests must be submitted no less than one week prior to the scheduled event.

  4. Party downgrades are not permitted

9. Behavior & Safety:

  1. The safety of your guests is our priority. Parents or guardians must supervise children at all times while on the premises.

  2. For safety reasons, children must be accompanied by an adult when moving between play zones and the party room.

10. Late Arrival:

  1. Late arrivals will not be granted extra time in the party room. Your total party time remains as scheduled.

  2. Clean-Up:

  3. We will handle all set-up and clean-up for your event, ensuring that you can focus on having fun and creating memories.
