1. Booking & Reservations:​

1. The deposit is non-refundable.

2. Final payment is due on the day of the event.

3. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your party’s start time for check-in and set-up.

4. All private event bookings require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation.

2. Exclusive Access:

1. The facility will be completely closed to the public during your private event. This means that your party will have exclusive use of all the play zones and facilities for the duration of the party.

​

3. Guest Count:

1. Please note that our private party guest count limit is 150. You will be required to confirm your final guest count 7 days prior to the event.

​

4. Time Slot:

1. Your private event is reserved for 3 hours. Please be mindful of the time to ensure a smooth transition between parties.

2. Additional time in the venue is not available once the event time is completed.

5. Food & Drink:

1.  Full Slab Cake

2. Pizza(250 Slices) , juice(75 juice boxes), bottled water(75), coffee, tea and hot chocolate will be provided.

3. A variety of other food choices( A selection of other pizza choices, sandwiches, fruit & vegetarian platters, cookies etc.) are available from our Add-on Menu

4. No outside food or drink is allowed, except for birthday cakes. Please contact us in advance if you have any special dietary requests.

5. Our food packages are designed to meet the needs of your party, but upgrades or customizations are available at an additional cost.

6. Allergy Awareness:

1. Please note that we are a nut-aware facility. While we make every effort to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee a completely nut-free environment.

2. If any guests have allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us at least 7 days prior to the event so we can take extra precautions.

7. Party Decor:

1. Standard decorations are included with your event, including balloons, tablecloths, plates, and cups. You may choose up to three solid colours for your party setup. You are also welcome to bring your own decorations for the party room; however, confetti, glitter, and piñatas are not permitted.

2. We also offer a range of themed decorations and balloon packages at an additional cost, which can be arranged when booking.

8. Add-Ons:

1. Add-on services such as face painting, arcade game upgrades, and themed loot bags are available for an extra cost.

2. Face painting requires 1 month’s notice, and availability is subject to scheduling.

9. Behavior & Safety:

1. The safety of your guests is our priority. Parents or guardians must supervise children at all times while on the premises.

2. For safety reasons, children must be accompanied by an adult when moving between play zones.

10. Late Arrival:

1. Late arrivals will not be granted extra time in our facility. Your total party time remains as scheduled.
