To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests, please take a moment to review our party booking guidelines:
Things you need to know about Your EIPC birthday Party
Booking & Reservations:
• All party bookings require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation.
• The deposit is non-refundable.
• Final payment is due on the day of the event.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your party’s start time for check-in and set-up.
Food & Drinks:
• No outside food or drink is allowed in the venue, with the exception of birthday cakes.
• We offer a variety of food and beverage options through our party packages. For any special dietary needs, please notify us in advance.
• Cake and food upgrades are available for an additional cost.
Allergy Awareness:
• Please note that we are a nut-aware facility. While we make every effort to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee a completely nut-free environment.
If any guests have allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us at least 7 days prior to the event so we can take extra precautions.
Party Room Time:
• Party times are strictly 3 hours in total – 2.5hrs in the party room, 3 hours play time
• Please adhere to the allocated party time to allow us to prepare for the next event. A $20 charge will be applied to your account for every 5 minutes over the allotted party time slot.
Guest Count:
• The number of children and adults in attendance must not exceed the limits specified in your party package.
• Additional children or adults may be added for an extra fee.
Final guest count must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the event.
Add-Ons:
• Add-on services such as face painting, glitter tattoos food upgrades, themed decorations, or balloon packages are available at an extra cost. Available options will be displayed when booking.
• Add-ons must be confirmed at least 1 week prior to the event.
Face painting and Glitter tattoos require at least 1 month’s notice to book. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, please note that we cannot guarantee availability.
Party Decor & Gifts:
• You’re welcome to bring your own freestanding decorations, but please no confetti, glitter, or piñatas. Guests are not allowed to attach any decorations to the walls or ceilings
• Gifts for the birthday child can be brought to the party room. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Behavior & Safety:
• Parents or guardians are required to always supervise their children.
• For safety reasons, children must be accompanied by an adult when moving between the play zones and the party room.
• We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during the event.
Late Arrival:
Late arrivals will not be granted extra time in the party room. Your total party time remains as scheduled.
Clean-Up
• We take care of the set-up and clean-up for you! Just bring the fun, and we’ll handle the rest.
