Supervision & Responsibility

• All minors (individuals under 18 years of age) must be actively supervised by a parent, legal guardian, or designated caregiver at all times while on the premises.

• The facility and its staff do not assume responsibility for the supervision of minors.

• Parents/guardians are solely responsible for ensuring that children under their care comply with all rules and guidelines.

Health & Safety

​

• Entry is prohibited to individuals displaying symptoms of illness, including but not limited to fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or persistent coughing.

• Socks are mandatory in all indoor playground areas. No bare feet or shoes are permitted on soft play equipment.

• No sharp objects, loose personal items, or potentially hazardous materials may be brought into the play zones or arcade areas.

• Participants must conduct themselves in a safe, respectful, and non-disruptive manner at all times. Physical aggression, bullying, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

Use of Facilities

​

• Play structures and attractions are intended for use only by children within designated age or height limits as posted.

• Equipment must be used in accordance with posted signage and safety instructions.

• Adults may assist toddlers in designated toddler zones only. Use of large play structures by adults is strictly prohibited unless assisting a minor in distress.

Arcade Centre Use

​

• All arcade machines must be operated in accordance with manufacturer instructions.

• Tokens, game cards, and other credits are non-refundable and hold no cash value.

• Tampering with or damaging arcade machines may result in removal from the premises and/or liability for damages.

 

 Food & Beverage Policy

​

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the facility, with the exception of water bottles and infant formula/baby food.

• Food and drinks are strictly prohibited within all play and arcade areas.

• Designated eating areas are provided and must be used for all snacks and meals.

Liability Waiver & Personal Property

​

• Entry into the facility constitutes acceptance of inherent risks associated with recreational activities, including but not limited to slips, falls, or minor injuries. All patrons are expected to sign a waiver before the can access our facility. 

• The facility and its management are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or personal property loss sustained while on the premises.

• Patrons assume full responsibility for their personal belongings.

 Staff Authority & Enforcement

• All patrons must comply with instructions issued by facility staff and management.

• The facility reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual or group from the premises for violation of these rules, without refund or compensation.

• These rules are subject to change without prior notice at the discretion of management.
